LEMON HUMMUS

1 can (15 oz) Progresso Chick Peas
2 tbsp. tahini
Juice of one lemon
1 Tbsp lemon zest (about one lemon) 1/4 tsp sea salt
Freshly ground pepper 2 – 3 tbsp olive oil

Rinse beans and add to food processor along with the tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Process for several minutes until beans are pureed. While running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until well blended.
Store covered in refrigerator in air tight container.
Serve with crackers, pita chips or carrots.
