To website viewers under the age of 18, this platform is intended to be used by customers and potential customers of BV. The Platform is available for anyone to view, but please do not submit any personal information if you are not 18 years of age or older.

This privacy statement applies to personal information collected and processed by BV in the context of our operations as a wholesale food and food products company along with medical, homecare and hospital products in Bermuda.

Charge account application: BV offers direct financing to businesses. If you elect to apply for a charge account for your business we will collect certain information. Camera footage: At both locations of BV (please refer to the BV website for locations) outside video camera are used for security purposes. We may collect video footage of you attending our physical locations. BV has signs in place to notifying visitors of video camera’s being used around the perimeters of BV’s premises. | General: We will collect video footage of visitors attending BV’s premises for security purposes. If you attend BV’s premises you consent to video footage being captured for security purposes. Video footage is saved for a short time and will be destroyed after such period. Security and Crime Prevention: CCTV cameras help deter criminal activity and provide evidence in case of theft, vandalism, or any other incidents. This helps in protecting our company assets, employees, and visitors. Employee and Visitor Safety: Monitoring entry and exit points, parking lots, and other critical areas can enhance the safety of our employees and visitors by providing real-time surveillance and quick response in case of emergencies. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements: CCTV footage can be used to demonstrate compliance with various legal and regulatory requirements, providing a record of activities and ensuring accountability. |

We are headquartered in Bermuda. Please be aware that information you provide to us, or that we obtain because of your use of our platform, may be collected in Bermuda and subsequently transferred to, maintained and processed in the United States or Canada by our service providers for the purposes mentioned above. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, international transfer, storage, and processing of your information.
